Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Paro

Pick-up from jaigaon.
Transfer to hotel and check-in.
Explore Paro town and get acclimatized to the Bhutanese culture.
Visit Paro Dzong (Rinpung Dzong) and Ta Dzong (National Museum).

Day 2: Paro – Thimphu

Hike to the iconic Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest) early in the morning.
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines in Bhutan.
Drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
Check-in at the hotel in Thimphu.

Day 3: Thimphu Sightseeing

Explore Thimphu, including a visit to Tashichho Dzong, the seat of the government and monastic body.
Visit the National Memorial Chorten, a prominent Buddhist stupa.
Discover the Folk Heritage Museum and the National Textile Museum to learn about Bhutanese culture.
Explore the bustling Thimphu weekend market.

Day 4: Thimphu – Punakha

Drive to Punakha, the ancient capital of Bhutan.
Visit Dochula Pass and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas.
Explore Punakha Dzong, situated at the confluence of the Mo Chhu and Pho Chhu rivers.
Visit Chimi Lhakhang, also known as the “Fertility Temple.”

Day 5: Punakha – Wangdue – Thimphu

Visit Wangdue Phodrang Dzong and its surroundings.
Drive back to Thimphu.
Visit the local market and do some souvenir shopping.
Farewell dinner Thimphu.

Day 6: Departure

Check-out from the hotel and transfer to jaigaon for your departure flight.
Depart Bhutan with wonderful memories of its rich culture and breathtaking landscapes.
