Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Paro

Pick-up from jaigaon and transfer to your hotel.
Check-in and freshen up.
Take a stroll in the local market evening time.
Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Paro Sightseeing

Hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang Monastery).
Visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan.
Explore local markets and indulge in some shopping.
Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3: Thimphu Exploration

Drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan.
Visit Memorial Chorten, a prominent Buddhist stupa.
Explore the National Folk Heritage Museum to learn about Bhutanese culture.
Take a stroll in the local market and enjoy leisure time in Thimphu.

Day 4: Thimphu Sightseeing

Visit Changangkha Lhakhang, an ancient temple offering a panoramic view of Thimphu.
Explore the Buddha Dordenma, a massive statue of Buddha.
Visit the Thimphu Textile Museum and the School of Arts and Crafts.
Evening at leisure to explore the city on your own.

Day 5: Drive to Punakha

Drive to Punakha, the former capital of Bhutan.
En route, visit Dochula Pass and enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
Visit Punakha Dzong, a majestic fortress located at the confluence of two rivers.

Day 6: Punakha Exploration

Hike to Chimi Lhakhang, a renowned fertility temple.
Explore Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendrup Lhakhang Nunnery and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
Optional: White-water rafting in the Mo Chu River (seasonal activity).

Day 7: Drive to Bumthang

Depart for Bumthang, a region known for its rich cultural heritage and beautiful landscapes.
En route, visit Trongsa Dzong, a masterpiece of Bhutanese architecture.
Continue the drive to Bumthang and check-in at your hotel.
